Neuenhauser Rollercrusher
The Rollercrusher consists of 2 large, counter-rotating rollers. These rollers could be completed as flat rollers or as profiled rollers. The rollers are pressed together via 2 hydraulic cylinders. The clearance could be adjusted variably. Furthermore the contact pressure of the rollers is also variably adjustable, so that a roller could switch by a possible jam tissue occurrence to avoid bigger damage to the machine. Characteristics of the Neuenhauser Rollercrusher include good accessibility and maintainability.
For service and cleaning the rollers could simply be driven apart via a hydraulic cylinder. The different speed of the rollers allows not only a crushing of the material, but it will also be grounded.
The Rollercrusher primarily advances the aftercrushing of the crushed plasterboard. The task is to crush, the Neuenhauser screw type mill shredded plasterboards efficiently, that means, to separate the paper from the actual gypsum and to reduce the material whilst recycling material back to production.
